Why is Bouygues Construction taking an interest in FabLabs?
Bouygues Construction has put a lot of thought into developing these new artisanal spaces and how to integrate them into urban projects. There are over 450 FabLabs today worldwide. The neo-artisan community working in these spaces is making a name for FabLabs. These makers are revolutionising how we consume at the forefront of the fourth industrial revolution. One of our current goals at Bouygues Construction is to broaden the range of services we offer our clients. We want to accompany our clients from anticipating their needs to developing services and operating structures. This is why we are working towards creating new manufacturing spaces adapted to changes in consumer behaviour and new urban lifestyles.Focus #2: the campus FabLab
