Video tour of the Wizom Connected demo
Wizom Connected, which can be used on new construction and renovation projects, employs cutting-edge IoT (Internet of Things) and predictive equipment management technology. The result is more economical and higher-performing buildings, safer and more comfortable housing, and tighter-knit communities thanks to an approach that brings residents and landlords closer together.
Bouygues Construction has already experimented and confirmed the potential of Wizom Connected on several reference sites such as Le Parc des Closbilles in Cergy (Val-d’Oise) and the Mélinée housing complex in Saint-Denis (Seine-Saint-Denis). The various stakeholders involved in these projects were satisfied with the results. Wizom is the first comprehensive digital offer on the residential market, and the fruit of the expertise of all our construction entities.
