Virgnie joined Bouygues Construction in 2001, having previously fulfilled a number of functions. Today, she is the Group’s Prospective manager, a post she has occupied since June 2015. In a context of uncertainty and systemic crises, she takes particular interest in urban and territorial forecasting in order, through a holistic approach, to gain a better understanding of ongoing mutations, identify risks and emerging trends, pre-empt new usages and co-build a desirable future with all players involved in creating cities and regions, in the aim of speeding up the required transitions! Anticipation, adaptation, transformation and cooperation are the watchwords of these new urban and territorial models designed to be more respectful of ecosystems and of the planet’s physical limitations, in order to improve the quality of life for the generations of today and tomorrow.
