Le collège Nicolas Untersteller a fait l’objet d’une réhabilitation complète, conservant la structure existante des années 1970 et intégrant 1 614 m² de façades et murs en ossature bois. Ce choix a permis une économie de 400 €/m² par rapport à une démolition-reconstruction.
Conforme à la RE2020, l’établissement propose désormais des espaces lumineux, une cour végétalisée, un préau neuf et un confort acoustique renforcé.
Le projet intègre 71,9 tonnes de matériaux biosourcés, 7 600 heures d’insertion, une ressourcerie et un volet pédagogique.
