Who are we ?
At Linkcity, we firmly believe that cities are a shared resource and a collective responsibility. Attentive to local dynamics and citizen engagement, we design each project individually, regardless of its size, nature, or location.
Our real estate developer-builder model ensures quality, reliability, and fulfillment of our commitments. With 28 locations in France and the expertise of our 264 employees, we support each region in achieving its ambitions. In 2024, Linkcity delivered 24 projects and generated €575 million in reservations.

At Saint-André-lez-Lille in France, an urban project to redevelop an industrial wasteland into a mixed-use living space that recreates a direct link between the city and its canal.
L'Eveil de Flaubert
At Rouen in France, creaiton of an urban development program comprising 242 housing units (social, intermediate, first-time buyer, senior living), offices, shops, and services on a 1.6-hectare site, surrounding landscaped areas and a 625-space underground parking garage.
Hôtel Dieu
A vast mixed-use development covering 33,000 m², the Hôtel Dieu redevelopment program is part of the Rennes 2030 urban project.
Ker Study Residence
In Plouzané, a student residence with 244 units was built in just 16 months using prefabricated elements assembled in a factory.
Xylo
The first commercial building made of wood in the Grenoble area, offering 2,700 m² of office space, 400 m² of restaurant space, and 200 m² of terraces.
Porte des Alpes university residences
Renovation of 692 student housing units spread across nine buildings, constructed in just 18 months thanks to off-site construction.
