Yoann Sportouch is the Managing Editor at Lumières de la ville media outlet and founder of LDV Studio Urbain. In 2014, he joined forces with Roland Castro and Faubourg communications agency to launch Lumières de la ville, a media outlet that explores the urban/human relationship. He is developing an editorial line entirely geared towards the general public. His objective is to raise citizen awareness of urban issues and to promote the concept of urbanity as a right for all. An urban planner with a master’s degree in philosophy and passionate activist, Yoann is now working on concrete ways to transform cities. It is because of this that he defines himself today as an urban scriptwriter. As such, in 2017, he founded LDV Studio Urbain, an agency that helps private and public city stakeholders to decipher the major challenges of city development and to better share them with the general public. The entire team at Studio Urbain works with urban planners, real estate developers and, more broadly, project teams, to help them create cities that are more in tune with the times and their residents. LDV Studio Urbain’s motto is that each new urban project is another opportunity to stimulate territories and create links between various players.
