A refined architectural and technical achievement
The complex consists of two 15-storey buildings, distinguished by façades clad in pink granite, giving the project a strong architectural identity within Dubai's skyline.
Inside, the design combines modern layouts with traditional Arab-inspired elements, creating elegant and welcoming interiors. Particular attention was given to the quality of finishes and spatial experience, reflecting the standards of a world-class luxury hotel.
Among its standout features, the development includes large interior patios, one of which showcases a 40-metre-high waterfall integrated into a curtain wall, illustrating both the technical expertise and the ambition of the project.
The Ritz-Carlton Dubai stands as a benchmark in high-end hospitality construction, combining architectural precision, premium materials and complex execution to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
