With responsibility for legal affairs, insurance, auditing, internal control and compliance
Jean-Marc Kiviatkowski, who was born in 1956, holds a postgraduate diploma in International Business Law and a diploma as corporate legal advisor. He started his career in 1981 with PSA before joining the Bouygues Group in 1988. He was legal director at Bouygues Travaux Publics between 1988 and 2000, and company secretary of the same entity between 2000 and 2003. In 2003, he became General Counsel of Bouygues Construction Group, with responsibility for insurance and taxation. In 2008, he also took responsibility for internal control functions (audits, procedures, ethics).
In March 2015, he has been appointed Executive Vice President, with responsibility for legal affairs, insurance, auditing, internal control and compliance.
Jean-Marc Kiviatkowski is a member of the Bouygues Construction Executive Committee.
