Governance
- The Board of Directors sets Bouygues Construction’s strategic goals and ensures that they are implemented effectively.
- The Executive Committee is tasked with steering the company’s strategy. It is responsible for developing the company and ensuring the implementation of decisions that have been taken.
- The Management Committee is responsible for rolling out the strategy, for aligning all the company’s functions and for coordination between head office and the subsidiaries.
