New appointments at Bouygues Construction
Following the appointment of Pascal Grangé as Deputy CEO of Bouygues Construction with responsibility for financial and general administration functions, the Deputy CEO's team is organised as follows:
Jean-Marc Kiviatkowski: General Counsel
Jean-Marc Kiviatkowski, age 52, holds a post-graduate diploma in business law and a diploma as corporate legal advisor, business law. He started his career in 1981 with PSA before joining the Bouygues Group in 1988. He was legal director at Bouygues Travaux Publics between 1988 and 2000, and company secretary of the same entity between 2000 and 2003. In 2003, he became General Counsel of Bouygues Construction Group, with responsibility for insurance and taxation. He is a member of the General Management Committee. Today, he is taking responsibility for internal control functions (audits, procedures, ethic).
Philippe Dalle Nogare: Executive Vice President, Information Systems
Philippe Dalle Nogare, age 53, holds a post-graduate diploma in data processing from the University of Paris VI Jussieu. Between 1982 and 1993, he worked for a number of companies in industry and the banking sector. He joined the Bouygues Group in 1993 as Organisation and IT manager for CIE (a subsidiary of the Saur group in Côte d'Ivoire). In 1998, he was appointed Group information systems manager at Bouygues Construction. In this capacity, he was responsible for Structis, the Group's IT entity. He has now been promoted to the post of Executive Vice President, Information Systems.
Philippe Renaud: Treasury and Finance Director
Philippe Renaud, age 55, began his career as foreign exchange broker with a petrochemical group. He joined Bouygues in 1981 as treasury manager for the Group's international activities, taking part in external growth projects. In 1990, he was appointed Group manager of Foreign Exchange Treasury and Financial Reporting. In 1999, he set up the Treasury department of Bouygues Construction, taking the post of director.
Pierre Skorochod: Management Control and Accounting Director
Pierre Skorochod, age 46, is a graduate of ISC business school. He began his career with the Bouygues Group in 1986 as an auditor. Between 1990 and 1997, he held several finance-related positions in IT services subsidiaries and in construction. In 1998, he was appointed financial manager of Bouygues UK in London. Between 2001 and 2003, he managed an organisational project to modernise financial management at Bouygues Construction. In 2004, he was appointed head of management control. Today, he is also taking responsibility for the accounting department.
Philippe Charton: Financial Engineering Director
Philippe Charton, age 42, is a graduate of the ESI-SUPINFO Institute of Information Technology and holds a master's in financial engineering from EM Lyon business school. He began his career with the Bouygues Group in 1990, contributing to the success of many concession and PPP projects, in France and in other countries. Today, he is taking responsibility for financial engineering at Bouygues Construction. His role will be to design and implement financing for Group projects and to develop investment fund activities.
