Bouygues Construction Campus holds more than 200 events every year in engineering and business schools, giving you plenty of opportunities to find out all about our professions and to talk with us about how you can join the Group and develop with us.
IN ENGINEERING AND BUSINESS SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES
Discovering our professions
Presentation shows given by one of our HR managers give you an overview of Bouygues Construction and our projects around the world.
Talks and lectures
Every year, more than 150 of our employees become visiting lecturers or outside speakers and teach courses on a wide variety of topics, such as the economics of construction, mounting an operation, management, the environment, Public-Private Partnerships, etc.
Series of lectures on specialised themes such as sustainable construction or managing large-scale projects are also organised in conjunction with our partner institutions.
Give yourself the best chance! We can offer you advice, help you write your CV and put you through a mock interview. We provide a number of recruitment coaching options to fit in with your school.
Check out our events diary and come and meet our HR people and representatives of our operational teams for a chance to talk concretely about our opportunities and develop your professional network.
ON THE GROUND
We’ll make you welcome!
On a regular basis, we organise visits to our flagship sites and our head office, Challenger, the world’s first facility to be awarded HQE, LEED and BREEAM certification. It’s a great chance for you to see for yourself the reality and the complexity of our projects, and to make your first contacts.
Live my life!
Immerse yourself for a day in a profession you are interested in. One of our people will give you the chance to find out about his daily routine, his responsibilities, his projects and the skills he brings to bear. Put yourself in his shoes for a day and ask all the questions you want!
AWAY FROM WORK
On the sports field
Bouygues Construction takes part in tournaments organised by engineering and business schools and their sports clubs. We also make use of our own sports complex to host sporting events between schools, such as the mixed touch rugby cup trophy in June every year. These encounters are an ideal time for informal conversations with some of our sport-loving people.
Sponsorship and partnership
Are you part of a junior enterprise, chair of the student association or secretary of the sports club? And are you looking for material or financial support? Tell us about your projects and we’ll consider them. What interest us most are social and community projects in which our employees can play a part.
