Bouygues Bâtiment Nord-Est a réalisé le Biotope, l’un des plus grands immeubles de bureaux de la métropole lilloise, situé au cœur du quartier Euralille, troisième quartier d’affaires de France. Développé sur près de 30 000 m² et 7 étages, ce bâtiment emblématique a été livré fin 2019 pour accueillir le nouveau siège de la Métropole Européenne de Lille.
Implanté sur le site du « Champ Libre », entre l’Hôtel de Région et le Grand Palais, le Biotope propose des espaces de travail premium favorisant le bien-être et les échanges. Il intègre notamment des bureaux lumineux, un atrium sur deux niveaux, un auditorium de 300 places, des salles de réunion, une crèche, des espaces de rencontres, un parking silo ainsi qu’un restaurant d’entreprise panoramique en rooftop.
Conçu autour de la lumière naturelle et de matériaux nobles tels que le bois et la pierre, le bâtiment s’ouvre largement sur des terrasses végétalisées ponctuées d’arbres et d’arbustes, favorisant l’intégration de la biodiversité en milieu urbain. Le confort thermique est assuré à 75 % par un système de géothermie sur nappe associé à des plafonds rayonnants.
Le Biotope répond aux plus hauts standards environnementaux, avec une consommation énergétique réduite de 30 % par rapport à la RT 2012. Il bénéficie de cinq labels majeurs — BREEAM Excellent, WELL Gold, E+C-, BiodiverCity et WiredScore — illustrant l’ambition de Bouygues Bâtiment Nord-Est de concevoir des bâtiments performants, durables et axés sur le bien-être des usagers.
