Construction of France's largest state administrative complex
Comprehensive performance contract for the design, construction and operation/maintenance of a tertiary complex intended to house around twenty government departments and more than 2,000 civil servants.
The complex comprises five buildings connected by an internal street, a restaurant, cafeterias and shared spaces, complemented by gardens, terraces and hanging gardens.
With high expectations in terms of quality of use and energy efficiency, the Cité Marianne is based on bioclimatic architecture combining the use of natural resources, bio-based materials and biodiversity.
