New Housing

Living differently
We create sustainable housing that combines comfort, quality of life, and energy efficiency.

Innovation in urban living
Working with clients and partners, we are rethinking housing in line with changing urban lifestyles.

Envisioning contemporary homes
From the earliest stages, people and the environment guide every project. Working alongside architects, engineering consultants and sociologists, we develop housing solutions tailored to contemporary lifestyles: changing family structures, social connections, diversity, an ageing population and biodiversity preservation.

Designing sustainable solutions
We apply eco-design principles to every project, including bioclimatic design, the use of low-carbon materials and an optimised energy mix. These design choices ensure that our buildings comply with requirements while delivering genuine, measurable performance.
In response to the climate emergency, we incorporate measures to reduce emissions and enable buildings to adapt to future conditions.

Custom solutions with industrial methods
Our industrial and digital transformation initiative, BRYCK New Way to Build, improves productivity and reduces the carbon footprint of our activities.
By addressing the key challenges of off-site construction, logistics and BIM, we streamline processes, enhance quality, ensure strict adherence to schedules and optimise costs, while also lowering the environmental impact of each project.

Guidance throughout the project
From design through to delivery, our teams provide support at every stage of a project. Our experienced engineers and site managers guide the process, ensuring housing projects are realised with optimal functional, technical and aesthetic solutions.

Sustainable living in the city
Our district projects combine housing, green spaces, active mobility and local amenities. Designed in conjunction with residents, they promote inclusion, biodiversity and a strong sense of community in each locality.

Innovation and timber construction for sustainable housing.
Innovation drives our new housing projects. Timber construction is leading the way, combining environmental performance, modularity and contemporary design. Using responsibly sourced bio-based materials, we create low-carbon buildings that enhance residents’ well-being.
Our methods integrate the latest technologies, from off-site prefabrication and BIM to connected solutions for comfort and energy efficiency. Timber structures are flexible and quick to implement, creating modern, light-filled living spaces that can adapt over time, all within a circular economy and environmentally responsible framework. At Bouygues Construction, innovation and timber are shaping the homes of tomorrow.

Accel, our innovative solution, accelerates the transition to energy-efficient, eco-friendly, and cost-effective housing. By combining cutting-edge expertise with unique digital tools, Accel enables us to anticipate, manage, and optimize every project.
This solution facilitates decision-making by accurately measuring carbon footprint, energy consumption, operating costs, and quality of use. It identifies all opportunities for optimization and helps balance environmental requirements, quality of life, and economic imperatives.
With Accel, we are now bringing to life the ambitious solutions needed to address the climate and social emergency, while paving the way for sustainable housing.
