BYMARO, a subsidiary of Bouygues Bâtiment International, delivered BO 52, the first residential development completed within Casablanca Finance City, one of Morocco's leading business and urban transformation districts. Developed by Linkcity Maroc, the project combines high-end residential living, commercial spaces and office facilities within a contemporary and sustainable urban environment.
The development includes 168 premium apartments, three commercial units and a 2,000 m² office building, creating a mixed-use destination designed to support the dynamic growth of Casablanca Finance City. The project stands out through its elegant architectural identity, generous terraces offering panoramic views over Casablanca and the high level of execution delivered throughout the residences. Buyers were also offered a selection of interior decorative atmospheres, allowing each apartment to reflect different lifestyle preferences while maintaining consistent quality standards.
Certified HQE Exceptional, BO 52 was designed in line with the highest environmental standards, demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainable construction and occupant comfort.
