Bouygues Construction standardises the branding of its building-specialised French regional subsidiaries
Pascal Minault, CEO of Bouygues Entreprises France-Europe, said: “By standardising our company names, we are emphasising our desire to bring the vast know-how of a major Group to our customers while maintaining a relationship of proximity with them.”
Bouygues Construction’s building subsidiaries operating in France (excluding the Paris region) and adjacent European countries employ more than 5,000 people and recorded €2.2 billion of sales in 2014*. Established in their regions for several decades, they make a contribution to the dynamic profile of the local economic and social fabric and work in partnerships with a large number of SMEs.
The new naming system also illustrates the synergies and pooling of resources among Bouygues Construction’s building subsidiaries. Together, these businesses can take charge of the largest and most complex projects, benefiting from the support of networks of competence specialising in healthcare, prisons, universities, industry, etc., acknowledged in-house experts and an extensive network of partners, suppliers and subcontractors.
They are associated in the progress being made in Research & Development by Bouygues Construction in the areas of digital modelling and sustainable construction.
They are particularly noted for their commitment to health and safety on construction sites, which is their top priority, as well as their determined fight against illegal labour.
* Bouygues Entreprises France-Europe consists of Pertuy Construction, GFC Construction, DV Construction, GTC Construction (French Antilles), Quille Construction, Norpac, Bouygues Belgium (Belgium), Losinger Marazzi (Switzerland), Richelmi (Monaco) and Acieroïd (Spain), along with the Cirmad property development network.
