Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France – Construction privée, a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, is embarking on the construction of an ambitious 21,000 m² office building, which will test the ultimate zero waste concept with the application of innovative measures. The objective is to limit waste at the source. To meet this commitment and make this project an exemplary one, several actions are being deployed by the Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France Construction Privée work teams, such as: minimising cardboard packaging in partnership with Distrimo, as well as the recovery of pallets and packaging and even the site hard hats, and also food waste for composting.

The Kanal Pantin building will be certified with the HQE level: Excellent and the BREEAM level: Very Good, and will have Effinergie+, OZMOZ and E+C- (objective E2C1) certifications.
