This former prefecture of the Seine, located at 17 Boulevard Morlan, will in a few months’ time become “Morland Mixité Capitale”, thanks to the renovation work carried out by Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France.

Located right in the heart of the French capital (in the 4th arrondissement of Paris), it will be one of the first flagship projects of “Reinventing Paris” to be completed.

Its 44,000m2 of floor space will host a hotel with 161 rooms, a youth hostel, shops, a crèche, cultural areas and 199 apartments.

The building complex, designed by the architects David Chipperfield Architects and the CALQ Architecture agency, will be intelligent, interconnected and environmentally friendly, as it will incorporate artificial intelligence solutions to handle the building’s overall energy management.
